Karine SCHMITT

After my law studies at the Faculty of Nancy, I had the opportunity to join a law firm
of business lawyers in Luxembourg for a summer internship which turned into a judicial internship.
Very quickly I chose independence, and embarked on a long-lasting collaboration with my partner Maître Guillaume LOCHARD.

My activity is mainly oriented towards construction law. This area rather "masculine" very quickly attracted me by its frank and concrete character. From earthworks to celebration
of the bouquet, I can intervene and invest myself with passion.

In addition to this area:
- commercial law in the broad sense (drafting of contracts, litigation, cash collection),
- the commercial lease,
- the private lease.

My investment in the defense of my clients is total. Each file is “priority”
no matter the issue.
